Turnkey Mobile Ovens

Our mobile wood fired ovens are manufactured for performance and longevity, and available either as a unit which will load with a forklift onto a 3/4 ton or better pickup truck, or as a trailer unit. Head out to beaches, farmer's markets, parties, or city vending lots with the only mobile wood fired oven in town.

We've had mobile wood fired ovens as part of a side catering business for 5 years now, starting out with one of our Classic ovens for smaller parties and family get-togethers.

Recently we were given the opportunity to cook for large crowds of people at the Canandaigua Performing Arts Center, where we would be vending with crowds of up to 12,000 concert attendees, and serve over 500 pizzas in a 3-4 hour period, with 2 ovens going at once, 2 workers making pizzas, and 2 workers selling.

Our ovens can be either mounted on a trailer or built with fork pockets or lift rings so you can place your oven on a pickup truck.

At our large events, the smell of the wood smoke wafting up into the crowd bringing with it the smell of pizza and s'mores has drawn customers down out of the group to taste our pizzas, and it can for you too.

If you have an enclosure shape in mind, let us know and we'll tell you what it will take to fabricate it. When fabricating, we spare no expense to keep the heat in your oven, with at least 4" of insulation around the sides of the oven, and another 4" under it and on top of the oven. The metal enclosure never gets too hot to touch. We put extra thermal mass under the oven floor, to keep it up to temperature when you're cooking pizzas for hundreds, the line is backed up 40' and you can't stop to re-charge the deck. We'll do all it takes to make you successful.
